Welcome to SDGs4IIII

A research project looking at Identifying Interactions 4 SDG Implementation in Ireland

This is who we are and what we are about...

We are an Environmental Protection Agency funded research project based in the Centre for Marine and Renewable Energy Ireland (MaREI), Environmental Research Institute at University College Cork. The project focus is on SDG linkages and how they influence policy implementation in Ireland

The goal of the project is to improve awareness of the impacts posed by the relationship and interactions between SDG goals and targets with national policy priorities.

Sustainable development is the pathway to the future we want for all. It offers a framework to generate economic growth, achieve social justice, exercise environmental stewardship and strengthen governance.

Ban Ki-Moon
